Reasons to go on LIVING

There is a time in life when we find ourselves in situations that drains us of the Joy of life itself. It is a very awful place to be especially when there is no hope of change. So we slowly descend lower and lower into a depths of depression where we no longer have cause to live. Here are some reasons one should not commit suicide.

  1. I want a chance to change the world.
  2. My experience could help others.
  3. The afterlife seems scary.
  4. My family would miss me.
  5. My friends would miss me.
  6. The world needs my help.
  7. At this point, things can only get better.
  8. Just as I don't want to lose the people close to me, they don't want to lose me.
  9. Life shouldn't just be thrown away.
  10. “Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.”
  11. A lot of people deserve to die more than I do.
  12. It would really suck to attempt to harm myself and end up surviving anyway.
  13. Maybe there's someone out there who understands.
  14. Life can change, but death is pretty absolute.
  15. There is always a reason to live
  16. Things aren’t going to get worse. There is only upwards from here.
  17. Minds have their own weather systems. I am in a hurricane. Hurricanes run out of energy eventually. I will hold on. After a hurricane comes a rainbow.
  18. Nothing lasts forever. This pain won’t last. The pain tells me it will last. Pain lies. Ignore it.I will forgive some horrible wrong done to me and I will feel free again.
  19. Someone needs me. Without me, they are nothing, even if I don't know it yet.
  20. I can make the world a better place to live in. I can be  a good example that others can look up to.
  21. At any moment in the day, something can happen which can turn things around and make my day totally worth it.

Don't take your life because the things you are going through right now will only make you a stronger person, even though that's hard to realize right now.

Take a moment to clear your head and look outside yourself. What you find may surprise you. Talk to people, build bridges, those bridges help you find happiness.

There is always someone who loves you. Even if you think no one cares someone down and they don\'t want to see you go. Keep your head high you gotta tough it out.

Take a moment to clear your head and look outside yourself. What you find may surprise you. Talk to people, build bridges, those bridges help you find happiness.

I don't know you, but I love you. There is always a reason to live. In short, suicide is not the answer. It is only the accumulation of bad feelings that can change. Life can be good if you wait. Instead of ending your life you can move away and have a fresh start.
